We use a callback system, so you only need to call us once – we’ll call you back during the same business day.
OmaLappica online booking
All Lappica occupational healthcare clients can use the OmaLappica online booking system. You can log in to the service using your bank IDs or a mobile certificate.
Please note: We will charge the appointment booker for any visit not covered by the agreement and/or for uncancelled appointments. Unnecessary appointments must be cancelled by the previous business day.
You can cancel a booked appointment via OmaLappica or by phone at 020 692 190.
Cancelling a booked appointment
If you need to cancel a booked appointment, please follow these instructions:
Cancel your appointment via the OmaLappica online booking system OR our phone service at 020 692 190 by selecting “Appointment cancellation”. Leave us a voicemail with your information as per the instructions provided.
Please note that appointments must be cancelled by 4 PM on the previous business day. Cancellations can also be made during evenings and weekends.
Reception or phone appointments that are cancelled contrary to these terms, or are not cancelled at all, will be charged to the patient:
- Appointment 30 min or less: 30 €
- Appointment over 30 min: 60 €
Workplace visits, surveys, and negotiations must be cancelled at least three (3) business days before the scheduled time – otherwise, the full fee for the booked time will be charged.
Targeted group guidance sessions must be cancelled at least one (1) week before the booked time. In this case, we will only charge for the work completed up to that point. If the cancellation occurs later, the agreed-upon price will be charged in full.
Video consultation service
At Lappica, you can also use our video consultation service, where you can speak with healthcare professionals via video and/or chat from wherever you are. You can access video consultations using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. For a successful video consultation, you’ll need a camera, headphones, and a microphone.
For computer use, we recommend Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox browsers.
Please check your employer’s occupational health agreement to see if video consultations are included.
